Cauliflower Pizza Bases

I think it's about time I put up a savoury recipe.
Who would have thought...putting all those yummy toppings like cheese, tomato base sauce, chicken, bacon, pineapple, etc... on cauliflower would actually go well together.
Well let me tell you, it is definitely something everyone needs to try. Not only does it taste amazing but it's a healthy alternative to normal, thick white flour bases loaded with salt and unnecessary carbohydrates.

Vegetables are very popular in so many different foods.
Cauliflower pizza bases, eggplant pizza, cauliflower bread sticks, zucchini chocolate brownies, carrot cake, beetroot chocolate cake...etc...

Ingredients
… 1/2 head of cauliflower
… 4 chopped leaves of coriander
… 2 tsp crushed garlic
… 1 eggs
… 2 Tbsp coconut flour (you may try other flours)
… 1/2 cup grated cheese (parmesan)
… Sprinkle pepper and garlic salt
… Oil for brushing on top (optional)

Directions
– Preheat oven 180ยบ C
– Trim the cauliflower and remove the stem. Put in a blender.
– Blend cauliflower until it has turned in to a "mince or rice" consistency.
–  Put ground up cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for approximately 2 minutes (Be sure to cover the bowl)
– Lay out a tea towel and once the cauliflower is cooked tip into the middle of the the towel.
– Ring out the cauliflower moisture until most the the water is gone.
– In a bowl mix all the ingredients together with cauliflower.
– It should form a dough like mixture once combined.
–  Place mixture on baking paper, you can either form small pizza bases or one large one.
– Place in the warm oven for 15minutes
– Remove from oven and add your favourite toppings. Place back in the oven for 5-10minutes.
